Kenny Goh was invited to join BAM when Dato’ Mohd Nadzmi Mohd Salleh was still the president. Goh tendered his official resignation last Wednesday, getting ready to start a new chapter of his career.

“It’s definitely not an easy decision, we’ve been through so many ups and downs together, but I think it’s time for me to move on,” said Goh.

Tan Sri Mohamed Al-Amin Abd Majid is currently spearheading the executive management role in BAM following Tan Sri Tengku Mahaleel Tengku Ariff’s decision to take a ‘medical break’ due to illness in October, while technical director Morten Frost is overseeing training and coaching.

“We have implemented clear separation of duties between administration and training in BAM, and we have a good process in place to monitor the development of all sectors within the organization,” said Kenny.

Kenny Goh’s main responsibilities in BAC include to develop BAC into a well-respected organization, and to have more Asian countries  actively involved in the sport and raise standards of badminton within those countries.
