Kuala Lumpur: Honorary secretary of the Badminton Association of Malaysia (BAM) Ng Chin Cai said Badminton World Federation (BWF) may announce Lee Chong Wei’s hearing date before Friday.
“The lawyer who handle this case has finished collecting all the evidence necessary for the case and should be checking with BWF about the hearing date,” said Chin Chai.
“It’s possible we would receive the firm hearing date sometime week,” added Chong Wei
“Currently, the venue for this hearing is yet to be determined.”
Lee Chong Wei is provisionally suspended by BWF after failing a drugs test last August.
