Taipei: With almost all 2020 badminton tournaments postponed or canceled as Badminton World Federation (BWF) responded to COVID-19, World No. 1 women’s singles player Tai Tzu Ying was having some fun and showing off her badminton skills against four people in a Taiwanese TV show.
The “Queen of Deception” managed to live up to the hype by dishing out high-quality shots to see off those four players easily.
She then tried to smash the shuttlecock into 20 square boxes that contained numbers from 1 to 20 in 100 seconds (watch video below). Previously, Japanese badminton star players Akane Yamaguchi and Nozomi Okuhara have also taken on a very similar challenge in Japanese TV Show.
And of course, Tai successfully and accurately hit all 20 boxes within 100 seconds.
